Dave Queen
Dave Queen is an NCAA, FHSAA trained official and Observer/Evaluator with over 30 years of championship experience. He has participated in, and organized NCAA, FHSAA and NBA training camps.
Dave Queen created Tampa Bay Basketball Officials to improve Professionalism, Training & Sportsmanship in Basketball Officiating. Dave also created The Tampa Bay Sportsmanship Classic. This ten team Classic, held each December, over the last six years to improve Coach, Player, & Fan Sportsmanship.
Dave Queen has assigned games for AAU, US Amaturer, JuCo, the Universities of South Florida and Tampa, St. Leo University, Indiana Pacers & N.J. Nets training Camps.
Queen is the former V.P. Basketball of Operations for West Coast H.S. Officials’ Association, Member of University of Tampa Basketball Coaching Staff, Private Investigator/Owner Queen Investigations & Security, and City of Tampa Police Department Sergeant.
Ray Lewis
Ray Lewis is a veteran basketball official with extensive experience across multiple NCAA conferences. Over his distinguished career, he has had the honor of officiating conference, state, and national championships at both the collegiate and high school levels. Beyond the court, Ray has served as Education Coordinator on the board of his local high school officiating association, where he mentors and develops aspiring officials.
With more than 20 years as an elementary educator, Ray combines calm leadership, effective conflict resolution, and decisive judgment — qualities that seamlessly translate to his work as an official. Driven by a deep passion for the game, he remains dedicated to shaping the next generation of officials and upholding the integrity of basketball for years to come.
Jarrett Harvey
Jarrett Harvey is an accomplished basketball official with experience across NCAA Division I, II, NAIA, and JUCO conferences. His impressive résumé includes working the A-Sun, Sunshine State, SIAC, CIAA, and The Sun Conferences, as well as officiating multiple FHSAA state tournament rounds. Jarrett has handled championship and semi-final matchups at both the collegiate and high school levels, including the FCSAA/NJCAA Region VIII State Championship and the FHSAA 7A Girls State Championship.
Jarrett’s strong leadership skills have also led him to serve as the director of the Tampa Bay Christmas Invitational, the largest high school basketball tournament in the country. Known for his poise, clear communication, and ability to diffuse tense moments on the court, Jarrett is committed to upholding the integrity of the game and creating opportunities for officials at every level.
